ABOUT SAWYER

 Sawyer was born and raised in Garner, NC, where he grew up playing sports, watching all the Star Wars he could, and re-enacting scenes from his favorite movies with his brother. He discovered his passion for performing in high school, which changed the trajectory of his life. He attended Anderson University and graduated with a BFA in Musical Theatre. Since then, he has had the privilege of performing at some of the country’s most distinguished playhouses, including North Carolina Theatre, Flat Rock Playhouse, Timber Lake Playhouse, City Springs Theatre, and the Springer Opera House. He has also had the privilege of performing at notable studio spaces in NYC, including Green Room 42, The Cutting Room, and even the the Naumburg Bandshell in Central Park .
